Welcome to LA Brandon Allen Jersey , Dante!Green Bay Packers to trade S HaHa Clinton-Dix to Washington Trade MakersInteresting one here. Denver Broncos to trade WR Demaryius Thomas to Houston TexansFirst deal of the day sounds done.Detroit Lions to trade WR Golden Tate to Philadelphia EaglesThe Eagles really aren’t comfortable letting go of the NFC!Buzz building for Jacksonville Jaguars EDGE Dante Fowler Jr.Well, here we go. Not long now. The Los Angeles Rams have only a couple of hours left to Things to knowWhen? The NFL trade deadline is at 4pm ET/1pm PT.What do the Rams need?Obviously the lack of premier talent at the edge rusher position looms largest. I’d push against the idea that that’s an actual need right now since, in case you haven’t noticed, the Rams are 8-0. Our level of roster need just isn’t high. That being said, it’s obviously a point of weakness that could be improved upon.We could also point to cornerback with CB Aqib Talib still out for a couple of weeks. Even when he returns, his play could well be affected (see: CB Marcus Peters playing through a calf injury...).Who could be available?NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport: Packers S Ha-Ha Clinton Dix, Browns LB Jamie Collins, Raiders LB Bruce Irvin, Giants CB Janoris JenkinsCBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora: Browns QB Tyrod Taylor, Eagles QB Nick Foles, Steelers RB Le’veon Bell Ramik Wilson Jersey Black Friday , Broncos WRs Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, 49ers WR Pierre Garcon, Broncos DBs Chris Harris and Bradley Roby, Raiders DBs Gareon Conley and Karl Joseph, Giants CB Janoris Jenkins, Cardinals LB Deone Bucannon, Raiders LB Bruce Irvin, Broncos LB Shane Ray, Browns LB Jamie CollinsESPN’s Adam Schefter: Anybody on the Giants outside of RB Saquon BarkleyWhat are they saying?Rams General Manager Les Snead hasn’t been publicly available, but Head Coach Sean McVay spoke to the media yesterday.McVay on the upcoming deadline: “Yeah, there’s a lot of dialogue that goes on at this time of year. I’ve had a couple different discussions with (General Manager) Les (Snead) with regards to some things that we feel like might be able to upgrade our team. If anything ends up going through or not https://www.ramsfanstore.com/Todd-Gurley-II-Jersey , not really sure. But, there are some discussions and there’s a possibility that some things could occur. There’s always discussions that go on and we’re always looking to see if we feel like it’s something that’s going to make our football team better and ultimately help us. As the season progresses, it’s something that, I think those guys have done an excellent job being able to make moves and if we feel like it’s going to help our team. There’s been a couple different things that have been discussed, but whether it ends up coming to fruition or not, I’ll probably have a better idea when I get with Les a little bit later on, based on how that dialogue has gone today.”McVay on the edge specifically: “Yeah, that could be something that we definitely would look into based on the availability of some of the players that we’ve looked into. That would be, yes, a possibility.”McVay on other positions: “That’s the main one that we’re kind of in dialogue about. But again, there’s always things based on what a team is looking for and how that might affect us or alter and ultimately https://www.ramsfanstore.com , give us the ability to improve. I think Les and his staff do an excellent job at keeping a pulse around the league. Having that open dialogue that exists between the other 31 teams. If it’s something that fits, then that’s something that we’ll do.” After an absolute thriller that maybe shouldn’t have even been, the Los Angeles Rams improve their record to 9-1 while divisional foes Seattle Seahawks drop to 4-5.There were plenty of positives and negatives in the game and that was generally more on the defensive side of the ball as dumb penalties and undisciplined plays extended drives for the Seahawks.Let’s jump right into the stock report:Stock DownWR Cooper KuppThis has nothing to do with Kupp’s play and everything to do with his injury. In the postgame press conference, Head Coach Sean McVay stated that the injury doesn’t look good. The Rams may have lost their reliable third down chain moving WR to a torn ACL, though nothing is for certain yet.OLB Dante Fowler JrEven with the strip-sack and recovery late in the game, Fowler’s mistakes were inexcusable today. Fowler registered two drive-extending penalties for the Seahawks that both directly resulted in touchdowns. After being invisible (well, for the Rams) for three quarters, he came alive near the end in actual pass rushing situations. The Rams need Fowler to make more of an impact and less undisciplined mistakes.ILB’s Mark Barron and Cory LittletonThe Seahawks had 273 rushing yards. That is a horrific job by not just the inside linebackers, but the entire front-seven. After getting gashed on the ground in the first game, the Rams defense managed to allow it again. These two seriously need to do a better job of getting off blocks and shooting gaps effectively.OLB Samson EbukamEbukam was absolutely invisible in the game. Sensing the theme here? The edge rushers struggled rushing the passer outside of the end of the game, and Ebukam specifically struggled against read options.OLB Matt LongacreIt was honestly painful watching Longacre chase QB Russell Wilson around everywhere. He looked like he was running in mud. This year hasn’t gone well at all for the upcoming free agent.Stock UpRB Todd GurleyGurley will break 1 Los Angeles Rams Customized Jerseys ,000 yards rushing next week. Today he was able to rack up 160 total yards on 19 touches, as well as a rushing touchdown. Gurley looks primed to challenge LT’s record of 31 touchdowns in 2006 though it will be hard to reach as Gurley is currently at 17.DT Aaron DonaldThe games best player is now up to 12.5 sacks on the season making it his career high. What Donald has been able to accomplish in 10 weeks is absolutely jaw dropping, and his play manages to get better every week. At this point Donald might even crack 20 sacks which would be downright legendary.TE’s Tyler Higbee and Gerald EverettThe tight ends were involved early in this game and it paid off! Everett and Higbee combined for five receptions for 40 yards and two touchdowns. The stat line isn’t eye opening, but the tight ends caught every target and were productive in a small target share.WR Brandin CooksCooks showed up with a big game registering 10 receptions for 100 yards on the dot. He was wide open with a lot of space to run on another target that was overthrown by QB Jared Goff. Cooks was tremendous today, and with the injury to Kupp in today’s game, he’ll need to shoulder even more of the load (as well as WR’s Robert Woods and Josh Reynolds).
